Satisfisfaction or Reimbursement Guarantee

Should your order not meet with your requirements or you have changed your mind.
With the exception of bespoke products, you can return your purchase to us (the responsibility of the cost of the return postage remains with you) within 7 days from the date of the receipt of your package.

Conditions of Return

Goods that are returned must be intact and in perfect condition for resale.
They must be correctly packaged and protected, either in the cardboard box in with the product was delivered to you (as long as it is not damaged) or in strong packaging of your own choice.
They will have to be in a perfectly clean state, not having been used or damaged.
There will be no reimbursement for or exchange of any damaged product.

We suggest you carry out your return of goods via Colissino backed up with a postal registration or similar insurance to cover the commercial value of the goods, guaranteeing you indemnity, if anything goes wrong, for the products to the full amount of their real commercial value in the case of loss or damage of this merchandise.
In every case the return of goods is at your own risk and you must keep all proof of return.

Times and methods of reimbursement

After receiving the returned goods and their condition has been checked, we will send you confirmation that we have accepted the said goods.
Whatever method of payment you have used you will receive reimbursement within 7 working days.
The reimbursement will be made in the same way you settled the bill when you ordered, or by credit note if you so wish, valid for 3 months.
